Setelah output sinyal analog oleh sensor elektrokimia oksigen diperkuat oleh modul, itu dikirim ke port akuisisi ADC dari microcomputer chip tunggal STM32.Setelah operasi filtrasi di dalam STM32 microcomputer chip tunggal, konsentrasi oksigen di udara dihitung dan kemudian output dari port serial.Modul menggunakan presisi tinggi rel-ke-rel amplifier AD86XX amplifier sirkuit, terintegrasi ARM Cortex M0 32-bit CPU, 12 bit ADC sampling, serial port output konsentrasi oksigen, dapat dikalibrasi melalui serial port output nilai, baud rate 115200.
Sensor gas elektrokimia didasarkan pada prinsip elektrokimia,menggunakan gas yang diukur pada elektroda kerja sensor dan elektroda yang sesuai dengan reaksi REDOX dan muatan pelepasan,melalui sirkuit eksternal untuk membentuk arus, ukuran arus sebanding dengan konsentrasi gas, sehingga mencapai pengukuran kuantitatif gas target.
